Statement from Naji Sabri, Foreign Minister of Iraq, delivered to the United Nations Security Council and read out on Iraqi television, March 22.

Security Council resolutions must be respected and implemented, starting with the lifting of the unjust sanctions against Iraq...[and] disarming the Zionist entity of weapons of mass destruction to create a region without weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East."
