Disarmament Diplomacy

Issue No. 74
December 2003

Contents

In the last issue, Disarmament Diplomacy's founding editor, Sean Howard, said his farewells with a compelling overview of the last decade of progress and rollback in disarmament and arms control. It is now the turn of the Acronym Institute to pay our tribute to Sean for his superb editing and insight over the years that we were fortunate to be able to work with him. We have enormously valued Sean's friendship, his passionate commitment to disarmament and deep understanding of the complexities of the issues. His absence from the journal will be greatly missed. Disarmament Diplomacy staff and readers thank Sean for his dedicated work on our behalf and wish him and his wife Lee-Anne every success in the future, especially in making more time for poetry and creative writing.
